  Thanks for coming out and hopefully the problem at hand has been fixed. The guys that came out were very good they worked long and hard and got the job done. Sorry the city of mccomb wasn't very much help to them on locating where the sewer line was on my property. Thanks again guys for being professional great job.

  RUN DON'T WALK from these people!! I called them to see what was going on with my home unit, the "tech" told me that it COULD NOT BE REPAIRED and that I would have to buy a multi thousand dollar unit. I called another company for a second opinion that said that it was NOT TRUE, I did NOT have to have a new unit and guess what, they repaired it and it has been working great ever since. At that point, when I received an invoice from them for a service call I thought 'these people done lost their ever loving mind! They are billing me a service call when they couldn't get me to go for their scheme". I received a "Notice of authorization to file suit" in the mail today for their DISHONEST service call. I thought about getting my attorney involved because of the principal of it however, I decided that I would let everyone know about their tactics and how they do business. I hope the $69.55 was worth it to them!! I hardly ever post anything or give anyone a bad review however, in this case, when these people are blatantly ripping people off or are so incompetent that they feel they need to be dishonest, I deem it not only necessary but, my responsibility to warn the public about them.

  This is the second time I have used Blake Wallace Comfort Zone and I just have to say how very well pleased I have been both times in every aspect! I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs !!
