  I ordered a porta pot for 30 days for a construction job. They brought out a dirty unit. I called and they came out to clean it. They billed me twice for the same month. When I called they told me I had to pay both bills even though we only used it for 1 months. The customer service was horrible, she was very rude on the phone,, and we won't be using again.

  Field guys are friendly, however office staff is extremely unprofessional & charges are ridiculous. I wash charged a “service charge” of $85 even though absolutely no service is done. Waste of time & money.
