  I made a call at around 10 pm because our main drain was backed up and water was backing up into the building and my wife and kids couldn’t take a shower or use the bathroom (I know, first world problems). Shortly there after I received a call from Luca and said he would be right out. I appreciate those that task on call and have to go out late at night because I myself have done it a lot in my career. That being said, not that does it is very pleasant to deal with. Luca was not one of those people. I know he was tired but he wanted to make sure everything was fixed the correct way and working well before leaving. I appreciate his professionalism throughout the whole process. If more companies had guys like Luca, they would all operate much smoother. Thanks for coming out so late and for your professional and courteous service!

  Fast. Professional. And patient. arrived out diagnosed the complication and talked politely to my now retired plumber Eastern European father-in-law who just came in town for the weekend at the same time they did. Fun conversations.

  Plumber called to let me know he was on his way and was punctual. When he came I realized he was by me once before and at that time went on his day off to get the part I needed. This time he was quick/efficient yet So far so good, keep up the awesome project
