  One of their "evaluators" came over and quoted me 15k without answering my questions related to a lifetime warranty that had been passed on from a previous owner. Once I presented said certificate, Blackburn leadership told me they wouldn't do business with me. I called Rapid Foundation Repair and I actually received an evaluation vs the sales call I received from Blackburn. After Rapid Foundation and aRepair answered ALL of my questions, they determined no work was required... BUYER BEWARE! Of Blackburn!!!! Not only will they quote unnecessary work, they also don't stand behind their lifetime warranties.

  Blackburn put our basement sump system in we are very pleased with their work like any project their are unforeseeable problems.we had a pump go down and the problem was taken care of in a very timely and professional manner .even when the pump quit there was plenty of backup pumps to keep everything dry we are more than pleased.
