  Mike and Connor did a great job and were both friendly, professional, and courteous. The time/labor estimate was accurate and they completed the job in less than an hour. Quick, efficient, in and out. I've called Black Plumbing several times over the years since I moved into my house, and I've had nothing but good experiences with every plumber that's done work here at my home. Can't say enough good things about their employees.

  Was extremely unhappy about the quality of workmanship, and it’s “their policy to straight pipe into all water heaters” so yay. I was charged $640 for this little hack job. Pipes were in wall before and the parts that weren’t at least didn’t look like they were put in by a preschooler playing with PEX for the first time. Called these guys trying to make life a little easier on myself and was just left with an even bigger headache. It would have been smarter for me to just hire a babysitter and done it myself. Besides the sloppy work, they also left a messy work space and did not re-cover the hole for the main water valve. Must be used to mommy picking up after them still. I will not use this company again, but if you are in a bind and are forced to, I highly suggest requesting a technician that is at least over the age of 30. Oh yeah, one more thing. Kindergarten Bobby technician also tried suggesting a full house re-pipe right off the bat, so ladies be aware.

  They came the same day I called! Great customer service. The workers were very polite and respectful. 100% would use Black Plumbing again. Highly recommend.
