Very happy with the service from Black Diamond Plumbing and Mechanical! Great service from initial phone call to installation. We knew exactly who was coming to our house because they sent a text with a picture of the service provider, Chase. Chase was knowledgeable and worked quickly. We would recommend Black Diamond to anyone. New sump pump works great!

We used Nick and Black Diamond to install a new hot water heater and had a awesome experience. He was early, friendly, very skilled, and an absolute down to earth guy. The office staff was so nice as well from the initial call to the follow up. Highly recommend them.

Incredible workmanship taking out the old furnace and installing g the new. Installing a chimney sleeve and repairing the water heater .Tony was so easy to work with. He was beyond what you would expect from a technician . Living in my house for over 35 years I've had many plumbers, electricians technicians for service and none does it better than Black Diamond and it's employees. Thank you. ..
