  Can’t say enough about Bison Plumbing, recently had technicians Rick and Ben out to fix a drain that was clogged in my basement bathroom. They were awesome, super knowledgeable and were thorough in making sure everything was in working order after completing the job. They took the time to explain everything they did and made sure it was done the proper way. I recently had another plumbing company come out to fix that same drain, but were unsuccessful. I ended up having water back up into my basement because of it. I was out $160 and that company didn’t back their work or offer to look into it further. Luckily, I had Bison to fix the issue, and they back their work for 30 days! Awesome, reputable company!

  Rick A came to my parents house to unclog their kitchen sink. He was professional and answered all questions my parents had. He provided tips to help the situation not to happen again. Very thorough - ensured there was no leaks before he went too. Very impressed! Also want to note the Rick had help from Ben. He was also very polite and helpful. Definitely would call them again for all our plumbing issues!

  Jeff and Ryan were very professional and explained what they were doing as they were doing it, I have used Bison several times and its always a great experience. I especially appreciate how they clean up after themselves and dont bang your walls up, coming in and out of the house and up and down the stairs and they take pride in their work, highly recommend their services, plus the automated billing and emailed receipts are very accommodating and a 30 day warranty on their work gives you satisfaction and peace of mind. They even send you a picture of the plumber 15 minutes prior to arrival so you know ahead of time whom you’ll be dealing with. 5 stars all the way around!!! Great company and great service and very reasonable pricing, which they tell you ahead of time what it will cost without the typical gouging that takes place from the lower tier plumbing companies out there. You definitely get the bang for your buck with Bison Plumbing!
