  I called to have a leak repair done I was told they were booked until the middle of the next week ... On the next Monday I received a call from a vary rude lady saying they don't wrap pipes and for me to contact my property management and I don't know who told me that they took care of that but that is wrong !!! # 1 Not even what I asked for .... #2 why are you yelling at me I wanted to pay you for a service provided and finally how about calling and asking me what I needed ....

  You called us and said you had a small drip and your pipe was exposed. We called you back to let you know we could fix the small drip, but as to the pipe being exposed, we could not help you. In a trailer home, people usually want to wrap exposed pipes with heat tape. Because of the liability, we do not wrap pipes with heat tape. There has been a lot of new trailer homes added to the trailer park in the past few years. We called to ask you if your trailer home was one of those trailers. If it was one of the trailer homes then the company that set the trailer should be responsible for fixing the drip and the exposed pipe. That is why suggested contacting the property manager. We were just trying to help you save some money.

  We had a lot of work done this spring. All the guys were efficient, polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy with the work that was done.
