  Don't EVER use Bishop Plumbing. We had them come clear a backup issue a few weeks ago and haven't used the plumbing since (we haven't been here). We paid over $500 for this and our plumbing just backed up on us. They then declined coming out for service when I expressed frustration that the issue wasn't fixed after paying $588 to fix the issue. I never once said I wasn't going to pay, I just didn't think we should have to pay full freight when we just paid for the issue to be fixed and it wasn't. I merely said, let's figure out the issue and go from there, we will pay to figure out the issue. Clearly, they don't stand behind their work or are competent enough to fix any issues beyond a clogged toilet. A total scam - I have never experienced something like this ever. Now that I have a flooding bathroom it also appears that the toilet that the pulled the first time was never sealed...and now they refuse to come fix it...

  Having a clogged drain can be very frustrating. There are many variables to what is causing a drain to clog, such as grease going down a kitchen sink drain or items being flushed that get caught in the line. When we get a call about a clog, we start with the most common repair method, which is to snake a drain. I would approximate that this resolves most issues about 85% of the time. However, after time a clog may develop again indicating larger issues in the line such as root penetration or a baby wipe being caught on the pipe catching more items. This is why we are unable to warranty drain work as there are many variables that are unseen. We were willing to provide service for you yesterday evening, however you declined our after-hour charges and so we were unable to dispatch out a technician. We can schedule an appointment during regular hours. We are certainly disappointed that you were unsatisfied and hope that you can still work with us so that we may attend to your situation. We apologize for any frustration we have caused.

  Don’t ever use Bishop Plumbing. A year and half ago my boiler went out. I called several different plumbing companies for a quote to get a new boiler. Technicians from 4 companies came, looked at the problem, when back to their office and sent me quotes. I then made my decision of which company to go with. Bishop Plumbing sent me a bill for $112.00 for the “work performed”. The Bishop Plumbing technician went into my basement, looked at the boiler, took a picture, and said he would go back to the office to put a quote together. This took less than 10 minutes….closer to 5 minutes. I wrote notes to this effect on the Bishop Plumbing invoice and sent it back to them, never hearing a response. They called me and I explained that the invoice was a really not necessary as I had called for a quote and none of the other 3 companies who came to look at boiler sent me an invoice. They were not willing to listen and were adamant that work was done at my home. NO WORK WAS DONE AT MY HOME BY BISHOP PLUMBING. Well, now they have sent me to collections. I was committed to not paying the bill, but now the stress of having this hanging over my head has caused me to concede and pay the collector. So, congratulations Bishop Plumbing….you have won. You have successfully taken $189.00(they added interest) of my hard earned money for completing no work. Have a GREAT day and be proud.

  Bishop was so helpful and prompt. They got us scheduled day of for water leakage. Frank came and fixed the issue and even got us a number for water damage remediation. Highly recommend!
