  Our water heater went out and our home warranty sent Bishops Plumbing They came out promptly and on time to check what was going on. We needed a new hot water heater, the technician (who I forgot to get the name of) took photos and sent them to the warranty company for approval. Our valve that led water to the unit wouldn't close all the way, so another person (yhr owner) came out right away to remove the valve to stop the leaking so we could use the cold water at least. (We had to turn it off at the main due to the leaking, they took care of this right away) We did have to wait for the install due to warranty company needing to order the water heater, but that was not a delay with this company. Bishops plumbing was prompt to answer phone calls and took care of us right away. Their receptionist was nice, and took care of everything right away. The owner came out to fix the pipe valve, and was prompt and considerate. Their technician who installed the water heater was Michael, and he was fantastic. Personable, professional, kind and considerate. He had the same tech who came out to take photos with him, and he was again helpful and nice. They explained the warranty for the work, and the warranty on the unit itself. Good service, professional and considerate. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  I called and ordered a free estimate. When doing so I informed the receptionist that the plumber will have to take the skirting off the house to find the leak. Waited 5 days for my app for the plumber to show up unaware of having to take the skirt off the house and he said we do plumbing nothing else. So I sent them away! Not doing business with a company who refuse to undo a few screws to get under my house!

  Bishop Plumbing came out twice as part of our home warranty coverage to fix a leak under a bathroom sink. The same technician came twice and within hours of him leaving I was able to visibly see water leaking from the same spot. While responsive with tons of availability, Bishop failed twice to triage and resolve my leaking faucet. I will not have them come back and will pay out of pocket for my own plumber, which I should've done in the first place.
