  Called to make appointment to have septic tank flushed. The guy was really nasty and lectured me to "take better care of my septic tank". Very unprofessional. Call somebody else and let this fool stew in his own sludge.

  Called on Monday about issue with drain lines. They said they could help with it and would come out to look at it on wed or Thursday. I get a call later Wednesday night stating they actually don't work on drain lines anymore and to find someone else. They don't seem to know what services their company actually provides
