  I cannot say enough in a review to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received from Karen and Scott. They are truly outstanding in their field. I needed someone to install a gas dryer and it was installed within a few days of my call. Their prices are great and their customer service is outstanding.

  We had used Binder for a few different issues and are always impressed with their work, timeliness and professionalism. From your office manager to your service staff, everyone is the best. Binder will always be our go-to company!

  We had a horrible experience with this company - if we could give 0 stars we would. Our hot water heater had started leaking, so we scheduled an appointment for replacement. We scheduled the appointment several days in advance. We confirmed the time of service 3 times with this company - including the day of the appointment. The water heater was in one of our rental properties, so we coordinated with the tenant to meet the service technician when they got there. We also coordinated with a separate contractor to supply the materials for the job. Both were waiting at the property to meet the tech from Binder. At the last minute, Binder cancelled the appointment without credible explanation. They did not offer another time for that day and wanted to push the appointment into the following week. They did not seem empathetic to the fact that it cost us time and money to get people coordinated to meet them at the job site. We are in the real estate business - both property management and renovation work, and we have never encountered this type of unprofessional behavior. They were very unprofessional, and we would not recommend using them to anyone.

It is always our goal to keep our commitments and manage them properly in the rare cases when we are not able to.
