The worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Ann was unbelievably rude. They have poor communication. After getting the runaround, for over 6 months about the city this, and bilz that. They never ended up getting it figured out, we patiently waited. They came out for another repair, didnt have the parts. They were supposed to call back and schedule, they didnt. When they finaly showed up 6 months later after we had to contact them again, they still didnt have the part and were going to require another trip. After 4 trips to our house nothing has yet to be fixed. They came out last weak to fix all our issues. Didn't fix anything, made the leak in the basement worse. They accidentally started digging up my neighbors yard... I called the next morning and again Ann was rude, and told me they couldn't help me. After talking to the owner he quickly changed his tone and wanted to make it right, I told him I would talk to my wife and call him back. He unprofessionaly called my while was on the phone with her, hoping for a different answer. Not good business practices.

Joe, we are sorry you feel this way. We understand we worked for you in April of 2021. This was the first time we worked for you. We did not realize your issue was not fixed until you called our office a week ago, 2022. To resolve your issue, we had to coordinate with the Township and we worked with them to do the repair. The part needed is supplied by municipalities only. No one from our company dug up your yard. The Township worked in your yard in an effort to locate your curb stop. We have made two trips to your home over a course of 11 months. We spoke to you personally, for the first time on April 12th, 2022. The owner tried to communicate with you for the sole purpose of being fair as he would make any efforts necessary to ensure a customers needs are met. You are correct, the owner also wanted to communicate with your wife given she placed the work order. We are sorry if you felt this was unprofessional. The owner offered to help you and your family but that was not sufficient. We want every customer to be satisfied with our work. We are sorry we could not find a solution that satisfied you.

Amazing service. It was a tiny problem. I told them no hurry. They were there in a couple of hours. They knew it was a quick easy job so i am sure they just worked it in. I generally get a stomach ache thinking about finding a plumber. They are definitely on my speed dial. They were also super friendly and allowed me to pay over phone because i wasn't present when they did the work. Also, left everything extremely clean.

This is a very competent plumbing company. Recently our city water supply developed leaks and Bilz replaced our water line of over 600 feet with minimal disturbing of our lawn.
