  I had an old septic tank lid that had cracked and was deteriorating. I dug the hole where my lid was located it, and was unable to remove it myself. I called Ken, and him and his team came out within 15 minutes and helped me get the job done. They gave me a replacement lid. I would recommend these guys any time. They were quick to respond, professional, and very helpful. Thank you guys!

  Absolutely the best experience ever. Very responsive to our recent septic emergency from Hurricane Florence. Engaged with the right people to diagnose our issue, implement the right solution and fit us into his tight schedule even though we were out of the way. Mr. Billingsley is well known and respected by the health department, manufacturers of septic systems and his peers. I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback. When I went back to the original installer for reimbursement, they heard that Mr. Billingsley did the repairs and agreed to cover the bill, no questions and indicated he has a solid reputation for reasonable billing. We were very happy to write that check and he was worth every penny.

  Just had them come and pump my septic these guys are great! They are very nice and courteous! Even explained things to me how things work with my septic. Pricing to me was great i thought to have it done would have been alot more but for $240 i should have had it done earlier! Definitely would recommend! Thanks so much!!
