  I've been in my home for nearly 20 years and Billharz has been my go-to plumber for any issue that's cropped up: basement flood, broken sump pump, multiple clogs, replace hot water heater, new kitchen sink/faucet and more, all issues are resolved at a fair price and they're a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday I noticed the house felt cold and sure enough, the thermostat was at 64 and dropping. The office was closed but the answering service agent said she would pass my message along marked "urgent". Sure enough, Nicole from the office called me right away and said that Henry, the business owner, would be to me within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and my kids and I had heat on what I thought was going to be a freezing, uncomfortable night. I'd give more stars if i could, highly recommend this company !

  I called Billharz on a Saturday to say that the heat had gone off in the house. Billharz sent out a plumber at 2PM that day and fixed the issue. Extremely grateful for their service. Nicole is extraordinary. I so appreciate their service - very professional, always courteous. Thank you.

  They came on time. Were very professional and did a great job. I used Billharz when I had a business and now for my house. Have always been satisfied. They stuck to the plan and followed through in a timely manner like they planned.. Would totally recommend them! This is a company where everyone is on the same page!
