I work hvac refrigeration so i know how business goes or should go. I had a gas leak so i called texas gas service to fix the leak. They said it was on my side of the line and o had to fix it. They shut off the gas and said i had to hire a licensed plumber. I do not do plumbing or gas which requires a different license so i hired them. I had an appointment for 8am to fix a gas leak and they showed up at 845 or 9 and billed me as soon as the tech left the office for the hour they "shopped" for parts. More like bought coffee and burritos. They said they had to buy a special "tape" which i imagine a plumber uses all time and should carry on their tool truck. It wouldn't be as bad i i wasn't billed for burrito time. At 75$ an hour i felt cheated and scammed. They fixed the leak so they get 2 stars but that businees practice is balogna. If you bill me for an hour to shop parts next time i will hover over you and not let you take a 30 second break on my time. Bill was condescending and cantankerous on the phone too. Not a pleasant experience. $800 fix.

Wow, took them 20 minutes to snake a line ok great. 30 min to get here great. $108.49 bill ridiculous. I've had the same line snaked/cleared several times and it has never cost more then $70 bucks. I will not be using them ever again in the future.

Overcharge labor and "materials" if they use a hammer they charge you whatever tool they use they charge you besides the nails, wood or whatever they use to fix the problem, ended up paying 200 dlls for "material" to fix a small leak plus labor and it starts running since they left the office not the time they arrive, if they have to go and buy something keeps running and they "round up" to the hour doesn't matter if is just 40 min. and if they destroy something by accident while working they do not fix it, "they could fix it"but if they do it l,have to charge you more. Too expensive and the Co. is not cear on the charges. I don't think we will hire them again.
