subcontracted by Home Depot & Hallmark Stone to redo plumbing for kitchen sink and bathroom sink after countertop installation. 1. The kitchen sink has much larger drain inserts than normal and were not left in/near the sink after install. The plumbers did not see/use the drains from manufacturer and installed standard drains. When I called the plumbers to have the work redone, they said it was Hallmarks responsibility, when calling Hallmark, they said it's the plumbers responsibility. Guess who had to replumb the drains and all the piping under the sink --- Yep, Me! So I paid for something that I had to actually remove and then completely redo myself, and I mean literally removed all the plumbing and replaced it - the distance for the drains was different enough that none of the plumbing lined up. I should not be caught between the two to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed! 2. The bathroom sink: we were told the shut off valves were not working properly, so the water to the sink was not flowing. I would need to replace them (I agree, they were not contracted to replace shutoff valves). When I removed the new hoses for the sink to work on the shutoff valves, I find the valves work fine. The new hoses are plugged and I had to flush the new lines and clean the screens. Sad

Bill and his company has done exceptional work for us since 1997, serving Tastee Treat business and our home.

Four years after having a hot water tank replaced, it broke again, and on a Friday evening. Contacted Bill’s, as they were the one who installed it originally, to have them come take a look and replace. Apparently they do not work weekends and do not answer emergency calls. Needless to say, we went 4 nights with no hot water. His workers were rude and never mentioned to my (elderly) mother how much labor would cost or if the tank was even covered under warranty. Bill finally responded to me, via text, and informed the tank was covered under warranty but the labor charge was $300 for 50 minutes of installation. Completely outrageous. His workers left without giving us any documentation that it had been replaced. No payment was given as we were told “the lady who does the payments is out of the office today but will call you tomorrow”. Also did not inform us that the city would have to come out and inspect the new Installation. His workers are clueless. Do not use this company if you want quick, honest work.
