  Demeanor over the phone was unprofessional. Was unwilling to help with a DIY part, basically stating that I should be going to a parts distributor out of the cities rather than work with someone local and develop a relationship for future business.

  They were early and helped me and my husband out after we did a bad DIY project...lol they installed everything and did a great job!!!
