  We had called this place to fix the bathroom shower. He made an appointment. Then called and said he would be late. Then proceeded to tell the owner of the home he came but we weren't here. He then claimed he had a lot of work on another job. If he had all that work why did you make an appointment? Very unprofessional and he's not even a mile away. Was supposed to come today and has yet to call.

  not on time , had to call them to see if he was on his way, to expensive for a 15 minute Job, and left the cable ground wire off the screw that he had removed when replacing the outside Fawcett , will not use them again, then wanted to charge 240.00 for a water line to the fridge, shaken my head. Left open gap on my siding where the faucet is.

  Lee arrived on time, assessed the situation, and briefed me on the steps he would be taking to troubleshoot our plumbing issue. Due to the freezing cold temperatures, he had to come back the next day. He was, however, able to quickly determine the "root" cause to our back-up. Lee provided excellent customer service and ensured I knew what to do as a follow-up in case I needed further service. Very well appreciated.
