  My heater in two rooms didnt work. It's freezing outside and I called Lohsen's by chance. Thank God. He had two guys out within the hour and they got us up and running. Friendly, respectful and professional. Give this company a try, you won't regret it.

  I have used Bill Lohsen Plumbing for a stainless steel chimney liner, to rough in a kitchen and laundry room and to update the switching relay on my furnace. Each time, they show up, do the work professionally, ask how you want something done, and always leave the work area cleaner than when they started. I would not hesitate to use them for any other Heating, Cooling and Plumbing projects.

  I just wanted to say that I was very impressed with Bill and his team. Although Bill didn't come to my home , based on my images that I text him, he was able to determine the parts that I needed. So he sent one of his employees to resolve the issue; the job was done in less than 15 minutes-IMPRESSIVE. Later, Bill came to my home to give me a FREE assessment on my water heater. He was professional, smart and very thorough. He also gave me different price points to accommodate my budget. In the future, I WILL continue to use Bill for any kind of issues I may encounter with my plumbing and my HVAC! Thank you Bill.
