  Dependable, saved me money by recommending a repair when I expected to have to replace an older water heater. Even came out on a holiday weekend when I had an emergency. 100% recommend!

  Too busy turning out sub-par homes to be bothered with coming back to fix poor previous work. I asked for a whole home water softener and received soft water only on the hot water. I made multiple calls and multiple drop-ins and he never came back to correct the work. Just another Altus thief!

  Was told Mr. Kennedy would arrive at my home Friday around 8:30am. He was a no show. I also phone Mr. Kennedy twice attempting to get ahold of him that day, there was no answer. I hope Mr. Kennedy is alright but considering he never showed after scheduling an appointment I cannot recommend his services.
