  Sewer Clean Out - I tried fixing what I thought was a clogged sewer line in the house. After spending the morning to resolve, I was out of ideas as to the problem. I decided to dig up and pull the cover off my septic. I found it full, but not sure if that was my problem. I found Willy’s online and called them at 2pm. Rich said he had 2 other stops, but could be at my house by 4pm. He was on time, and did the septic clean out. I explained my issue in the house and he offered to climb down into the septic tank to check the baffles to check and see if they were blocked or collapsed. Sure enough, it was block and the cause of my problems. We went back down and cleaned it all out and resolved my problem. He cleaned everything up, and placed the cover. He was easy to work with and very professional and friendly. When I asked what I owed, he quoted the same price he gave me over the phone for just the clean out. I was amazed. He could have double the price for having to go down inside the sand and do the baffle clean out. It might not be appropriate to list what he charged, but I will say that he is probably at or below the average charge for a clean out. I gave him an addition $100 for all of his extra work. I see that there has been other customers that have had issues with dependability and call backs, but I can’t say enough about the quality of his work, very reasonable pricing, and arrived 2 hours after calling him. I would call him again and recommend to anyone who needed his services.

  He was great! Came out immediately on a Sunday night. Talked with us through the problem to prevent it from happening again. Great service, great quality and amazing prices. Will now be our go to for all our septic needs. Thanks so much!

  Have used Rich 4 times in the past. His price is very competitive, each time he responded in 2-3 days. Bottom line, courteous, timely and thorough. Will continue to use with confidence.
