  We were reffered to Jason by another local plumbing company to have a Instant hot water heater installed. Jason was awesome to deal with and offered a great deal on the installation. He explained the whole process of the installation. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. Jason and the entire staff of Big Time plumbing were a pleasure to work with. If I have anymore plumbing jobs in the future I will be using them. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

  Jason and his crew did a GREAT job installing our gas stove (and the gas line for it) and a new tankless water heater. We are so happy with the work! We don’t run out of hot water! They started the job when they promised and finished on time. Chelsea at the office was always on top of the communication and kept me informed at every step! Thank you, Big Time Plumbing! We are very pleased!!!!

  Jason and his assistant were on time and did exactly what we discussed when drawing up the (free) estimate. A call from Chelsea at the office informed me that he had departed for my house. Jason is very polite and personable, I enjoyed talking with him. The bill matched the estimate to the penny and the work area was left clean, all trash being removed. I would highly recommend Big Time Plumbing to anyone that requires such service and wants it done right, on time, and at a reasonable price. Gary Carnot Salem, Va 24152
