  no show, no call for Feb. 7, 0800 appointment. A confirmation of this appointment was sent by Big River. Two phone calls were not returned by them. Very disappointing, as I was planning on them to install a bath tub, change all waterlines to Pex, and redo drain piping. Had to scramble to find another plumber to unclog drain. Now the 9th and still no return call.

  Jason is the best hands down. No BS of trying to sell you on commission & “plans” like majority of heating and plumbing companies do. Straightforward and right to work. I had another company out and they told me it would be a week to get a pipe. Jason drove across town picked it up and went to work! Everything you’d expect an exceptional company to do. I am beating myself up that I didn’t call him first. I wasted two days as a heating pipe was leaking all over my basement. I’ve got projects lined up for him this spring.
