  John is a wonderful plumber and gentleman. I have been his customer for many years and recommend his skills in problem solving, attention to detail, and complete care. He always comes quickly, to my aide, explains procedures with patience, and leaves everything fixed and clean. He's the best!

  I highly recommend John from Big Ocean Plumbing. I chose him based on other recommendations (after calling Atomic 4 weeks ago and they did not fix the issue, but certainly tried to upsell me to a $1200 job) and he was amazing. He called me back promptly and was at my house less than two hours later on a Friday! He fixed our issues, was very reasonable in his pricing, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The search is over. I have finally found our plumber!

  John was excellent! He came out at night to fix a clogged drain that flooded my bathroom. He was professional, curtious and explained everything in a way that us non-plumbers could understand. His rates were reasonable for an after hour emergency. I highly recommend John, Big Ocean Plumbing, for your plumbing needs.
