  Top notch 5 star service for plumbing. I had a major drain pipe burst the weekend before thanksgiving. A complete nightmare. I called Big Jon’s and they came over on a weekend day, quickly located the problem and fixed it quickly. The plumber was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend this KC Plumbing Company! They had the best prices for drain service in town but even if they weren't as affordable I would choose them.

  THE VERY BEST! I have had several situations that I have had to call for a plumber. Once on a Saturday night night and the other was a sortra maintenance call on a spa/tub and shower. Knowing pretty much nothing about plumbing, Jon walked me through my plumbing problem and how to correct the problem over the phone- while respecting the unfortunate possible added charges for an after hours, and very much weekend call. I ended up having to have a service call but he tried very hard to get me taken care of over the phone!! . - Unheard of service, and greatly appreciated! My second plumbing call was to simply replace a old and broken stopper on my spa bathtub,.Through a picture I sent them in email, they ordered me the correct bathtub stopper and installed the new perfect stopper within a few days! Once again, very reasonably priced I cannot recommend Big Jons Plumbing highly enough, superb! Honest, professional plumbers, very knowledgeable, fairly priced service and they will always be my plumber! They are the perfect example of a family run business run with Godly values and ethics.

  Best Kansas City Plumber I have ever used. I own a building downtown and Big Jons renovated all of the plumbing and drain lines through out the whole building top to bottom. They added alot of new lines and drains because they had to add new toilets throughout that never had toilets beforehand. And they did an amazing walk in shower. it is huge like 5 feet wide by 6 feet deep all tiled in, its very stunning. lets see what else. They also did all of the plumbing at my restaurant and bar including sinks and alot of tile work. I am not sure if they do 24 hour service but he has taken care of some emergencies very late in the day for me over the years. The owner is a great guy and very knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of plumbing. i have a few rental properties that he also keeps in good order. the tenants will call me for every little drain problem but Big Jon gets out there and gets them taken care of fast. I can't say enough about this plumber. I personally vouch for them, they are top notch.
