They installed my septic in 2019, it is only 2 people in the household for a 5 people septic. we also signed up for their maintenance. For 2 years we trusted that they were doing their required inspections until on Saturday I noticed puddles of cloudy water around 2 of my toilets and showers. We immediately call them. The person answering the phone suggested for us to do the inspection and even laugh at my husband when he stated that it was a biohazard. With a lot of protest they sent a guy that came out and stated that there was no bacteria in the tank and suggested we were doing something wrong. There was sludge of over a year. The last alleged inspection was in June and everything was fine. So someone was not doing their job. I have use septic tanks for the last 15 years in different homes and I have not change my habits or products I use. The tank was going to need emptied after barely 2 years and their schedule was 2 weeks out. We cancelled our contract and call another company whom came the next day to do assessment and to emptying the tank. Their assessment was completely different and confirmed that Big John were not doing their required inspections. You decide whether or not is worth to hire them.

Needed to have maintenance done on our septic systems. Big Johns was a referral from someone we go to church with. Big Johns did a really great job. From the first phone call they walked us through what we were needing, pricing and getting a time set up. They even called a day early they ended up with a opening and asked if they could come. They were professional, friendly and honest. Highly recommend them.

Big John's put in our septic system about a month ago after waiting for 7 months. Once the septic was installed, they left and NEVER came back to finish spreading the dirt or to collapse our old tanks which was part of our original agreement. That's probably why they ask for the entire payment of front. They left my yard a total desaster and all we get is the run around when we call them. We are unable to move forward with the installation of a new fence until we get the holes filled in that they were supposed to take care of. I would NOT recommend them.
