  Had a 10 am appointment. Missed a day of work. Almost noon and no show. I called and was told there was an emergency and didn't know when he would be here. Over 24 hours later, still no show. I called and cancelled the work order and got someone else to do the work. The first time he came, he did a temporary repair. I paid for the permanent repair and it is still not fixed.

  Mrs. Stewart. We do apologize for the inconvenience. By the time we got freed up you had already called and canceled. We would have came as soon as we had someone free. We are more than glad to fix the problem, if allowed. I understand your frustration, but with the weather change we have been slammed. Our sincere apologies.

  These guys are amazing! I spent two weeks trying to get a plumber out to our place, and finally started branching out a little further outside of area. I’m really glad I called Big H’s because they really came through. Michelle came out the same day to check everything out and give us an estimate. They had everything fixed in under a week, and were very responsive and professional throughout the process. They will be our go-to first call from now on!

  Called for service, kids were screaming so loud in the background they couldn't be understood. We waited for a callback, giving them time to settle down the racket. They didn't return the call, so we called and used someone else. Don't waste your time!
