  I had never dealt with a septic service before. We just bought this house and wanted to be sure the septic tank/system was in good order. I left a message and he returned my call within 30 minute. I had a bunch of questions that he was happy to answer. I called back a couple days later and left a message. Again, he called me back in short order. We scheduled a time for him to come pump out my tank in about a week. He showed up right on time. He worked through the rain. He has ALOT of hose on the truck so he didn't take his truck off the driveway. He was very professional and courteous. I pestered him with questions the whole time he was here. Everything turned out great. I highly recommend Big Brad to anyone looking for septic service.
