They were on point with their estimate, Prompt with the service, did exactly what they said, we called them on a Sunday and the job was done by Monday which was awesome. They put everything in writing and had no hidden fees. If you are needing a plumber, this company is forthright and honest, Integrity, craftsmanship. Very proud of their work and it shows. We were in a jam , the City of Lovington would not replace their meter even after my husband pressured our pipes. They insisted it was in on our property that something was wrong. We called BigBoy Plumbing and they showed up promptly. Very professional and worked non stop to try to pinpoint the problem. Turns out it was on the City’s side even though they tried to argue with them . He wouldn’t let them take advantage of us and proved to them that it was their problem. He made them come out after hours to repair their pipes . I highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever have a problem.
