Jason and his crew have always done a great job for us. We manage a lot of commercial property and our tenants expect things to be taken care of almost immediately. Big Apple has always been able to meet our tenant's expectations and make us look good. I would highly recommend them for your large or small plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is the worst!!! They have no professionalism, integrity, honesty or any sense of running a business. My repair consisted of a simple rubber washer repair on the knobs in the shower. Their estimate was $800!!! Three other estimates concluded this repair was a simple $1.39 rubber washer repair. This company clearly tried to take advantage of the homeowner and the tenants that were on site. After the visit the owner of Big Apple; Jason, immediately sent threatening text turning the $89 trip fee over to collections. Then when I tried multiple times to speak with the owner he decided it was better to act like a child and text. Once I finally did speak to Jason, to inform him of not only the outrageous price but also the false advertising of offering a Military discount of 10%, which their own voice recording specifically mentions this discount on all services not just the repair. This company should not be in business! SHAME ON YOU!!! for eye gauging your customers and false advertising in an attempt to lure customers in.

Needed two underground sewer pipes fixing. An excellent named Mike response to a phone call and an engineer came as promised to see what needed doing. A quotation was provided via email the following day. A date was agreed to do the work and an engineer came and did the repairs. Absolutely delighted with standard of work, the customer service and the totally stress free experience. Definitely recommend this company.
