  do not use Big Al's septic..... He told me one price then added $50 to the fee once he was done and that was even me shoveling and uncovering the septic tank lid and having it open before he got there. I asked him how many foot of hose he had before he came to the house and was told 100 ft. The trailer. I told him to stay on the driveway and run hose around house. It is about 60 to which leaves about 40 foot of extra hose. I wasn't able to be at the house at the time of service but my renter was. For some reason Big Al did not do as discussed and drove his truck in the yard. Long story short. he got it stuck and a $300 bill ended up being 450. He did not offer to call me before making any other decisions on straying away from the original plan. He would of even parked on the road beside the house and only use about 20 foot of hose to get to the tank. Apparently some people don't have common curtesy to call the owner before messing up a yard or explaining that there will be extra charge if he does a different way and see if that is the still acceptable . You tell someone a price, you stick with it and honor you word. DONT USE BIG AL'S SEPTIC. USE SOMEONE ELSE WITH BETTER COMMON SENSE TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT.
