  Should have read the reviews. Biff replaced some discharge lines under my lake house which is up on stilts. He did the job but it took forever and there is blue plumbing glue all over the new piping. Needed a new water heater installed and faucets replaced plus some other work the following week, so thought I'd give them another shot. I live in the Woodlands so I took a Friday off work and was going to meet he and his wife at 9:00. Noon rolls by and haven't heard from them. I left 3 or 4 messages then at 4:00 got a message from the wife that Biff had to go to the Dr. and they didn't have their phones with them. Then later in the message she said that they had been trying to call me. Now the pipes he replaced are leaking, but I called another plumber. Use Biff at your own risk!

  Do I have to give a star? Called to report a plugged drain line. They came out to fix it, and got the water to flow, but slow. Said it was fixed. Three days later it was clogged again. Called for them to come back out and check out the problem. They said they were busy right then but would call the next morning to come out. Never called. I called them 4 times, left 3 messages. No response. Finally got ahold of them the next day and he said to call ABB plumbing and hung up on me. Very unprofessional organization.

  I had two jobs. He completed the first one ok. But I waited three days for a second job and he never showed up. Was supposed to show up first thing in the morning on Monday. I called at 10 am, he said he would come later. I text him that afternoon, he never called or showed up. We were without hot water three days.
