The plumber replaced both my washer connectors quickly and efficiently for more than $100 less than I was quoted by another company. He had the parts he needed on his truck and was friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff was very helpful also. My aunt, who is a very loyal Baird & Crockett customer, insisted I try them, and I'm glad I did!

Alex was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to get my shower working and replace an old cartridge without having to remove tile work. I’d highly recommend Alex & Biard & Crockett. They fixed my problem while other companies couldn’t.

Matthew did an awesome job replacing the angle stop and pipe to the bathroom faucet. We have had good and fair service to date. However the price quoted to replace the hot water valve stem was not fair
