  Horrible!!! Spoke with them several times about my issue. They promised to get back to me with an appointment time and i never heard from them again. Very unprofessional!

  Called Best Way Septic Service on Friday, Nov 29 at 9:00am and was told they were full up with service call for that day, but the could take care of the problem late Monday morning around 10:30am to 11:00am. At 2:30pm I called and was told they had the ordeproblems lostwith rthe last job and was running late also told me they lost the job order and contact information, but knew that I called about some work to be done. They then told me that I would be the very next job and should see me eaely Tuesday. I called around 10:00am and was told they now had many jobs ahead of me, when I asked about the conversation on Monday afternoon that I was next on the job list and was told "We are not going to do your work and I'm tired of arguing with you!" And hung up on me. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have never been treating so rudely by a business in my life.

  We used Best Way Septic service twice and received excellent service both times! I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for honest and professional work with reasonable prices. (We loved talking to them, they have great personalities!!)
