  We were getting water in our basement and got some crazy quotes and crazy solutions.Someone recommended I call Best Plumbing. The owner spent half an hour or more on the phone with me, had me take pictures and and talked me through things. He was able to figure out it was our sump pump and which model we needed. He did all of this on the phone with me with no committment on my end. The price was very reasonable also. We are very grateful and impressed with their service!

  Had a sump pump go out. Made the call and they were here in less than 1 hour. Tech was very friendly. Pricing was on point. I have used different companies before but Best Plumbing knocked it out of the park. The Tech Mark was outstanding explaining everything he was doing as well as answering any questions I had. I will be using them for all future needs. Highly Recommended !!!!!

  I had a leak from the pipe going into my hot water tank. Called around to get a service person all told me it would be four to five days before they could come. This company told me they could be here the next day. The repair man, Mark P. , was a blessing. He analyzed the problem quickly and did the repair. He was WONDERFUL. I would recommend this company to all. They know what they are doing and CARED I was in a crisis. Thank you Best Plumbing, New Albany
