  This is the second time we used BEST plumbing and once again the service was awesome. Trent showed up an hour earlier than expected, which was great! He was very courteous and was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. We will definitely call them the next time we have plumbing issues!

  They came to our house as fast as they could. It was during a cold snap and they were really busy. They had to travel an hour to get to my home. They cleared the clog. I got the bill, and was very surprised. It was about $150 less than expected. It was all around a great experience.

  Jeff was fine to deal with and from what I can tell installed the unit correctly. I extremely frustrated with the service I received from the management of your company. It took 10 days to even have someone come look at mini split install, then 8 days to get a bid after I called and asked when will I receive a bid, then magically I received a bid next day. 2 days later was informed i will be getting my mini split installed ..great. nope supposedly Jeff the technician is supposed to arrive at 1 says he running late... at 3:30 office calls saying theres some job emergency and we have to reschedule for 7 days later...then they come to install, get the job 3/4 way installed then have to leave and have another "emergency" but then get told dont have the right tools...then nothing as far as when we'll get back out there to fix this and complete install...hear nothing for a week call again to say whats going on when is my install getting completed...nothing as far as return phone call. Then once again magically after call to complain Jeff shows up to finish install the next day....terrible customer service! Lack professional service on communication with me as the client! Felt like an absolute after thought constantly! It literally took your company 1 month from when I called to getting job completed, that was quoted to me for a 5 hr job....
