  My water heater broke down on a Friday morning and I made frantic calls to six different plumbers trying to get a replacement immediately because I have three small children and we can't go without hot water for too long. All the people I called were very nice and wanted to help but couldn't get out to me until after the weekend. Steve, on the other hand, promised me he would do, and I'm quoting, "everything in my power to make it out to you tomorrow". Sure enough, I got a text from him at 8:15a the following morning that he was on his way with a new 32 gallon oil fired top flue Bock water heater in tow. He brought two additional guys with him and they were able to take out my heater, install the new one, and clean up after themselves in two hours. The work was clean, the space was clean, and my new heater is functioning perfectly! The price I was given, $3,860 for everything, was more than fair and fell far below many of the other quotes I got from others in the $4,400 range. Overall, I was extremely happy with Steve and his crew and he will be getting my phone call the next time I need plumbing services! Trust is earned in the service business and Steve went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. Thank you again Steve!

  I called Steve Bertola on a Fri evening to fix a sewer leak and he came right on time at 7:30am as promised on Sat. He knows his job and repaired the detached pipes. The piping installed by someone else in the past was a bad job and Steve rerouted the pipes to make sure the issue never comes back. He was professional and his charges are reasonable considering he came on a Sat & the temp is freezing outside. I highly recommend Bertola Plumbing & Heating for reliable work & honest pricing. Thanks Steve

  Steve provided the gas piping for my new standby generator. Gave a fair price and showed up when promised. Did great job. Very neat and professional. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
