Very prompt service when a shower faucet broke, resulting in a uncontrolled water flow (until we shut off water for the entire home. (Wisconsin)  Also numerous times, BB winterized and *opened up* my seasonal renovated barn (Minnesota). Highly professional, trustworthy, and dependable.

Very friendly and helpful. We had problems with a hot water heater that kept blowing it's pilot light. Decided to switch to electric. They were very quick to order a new one for us and install that and a new garbage disposal as well. Very friendly staff as well as very helpful and prompt service. Would recommend.

We had a dishwasher replaced on a Tuesday and late on Friday night discovered water dripping steadily off the pipes in the basement underneath.  We had quite a bit of water pooling.  Christine was extremely busy but managed to address all the many emergency calls coming in with professionalism as well as a sense of humor, which I appreciated greatly. Nathan called us back within minutes, and after a few questions, determined we could find and shut the dishwasher valve off ourselves, stopping the flow of water.  He patiently walked us through on the phone, so we would not need to pay for an emergency visit.  He said he was happy to help and to call our regular plumber during regular work hours since there was no longer an emergency without a source of water leaking. Wow!  Thank you guys!

They came quickly,  went right to work to assess and did the repair.  They explained the problem to us so we knew why and we are glad to give them 5 stars.  We are in a mobile home and they had no problems with that.  Call them!

I had a water softener installed. While the installer did a great job putting it in, I was charged almost $300 more than what I was quoted. When I called to ask about it, I was given the run around and called naive. Professional?

In response, I tried to get more details about the billing but was met by a rude man who talked down to me and would not listen to anything I had to say.

They’ve over charged me by HOURS every time I’ve had them out. I would never recommend them unless you feel like wasting your time and money. Their reply to my first review is not correct at all. They claim they had to return at a later date cause they didn’t have the parts the first time, after looking at it the time prior. The plumber said he had no idea he was to repair or replace even though it was on the work order and talked about multiple times. Charged for an additional trip and overcharged for time as well. Very dishonest and unprofessional company.

We looked at your specific invoice and the faucet repair that you booked us for, we had to order a part for and return to repair because it was very old and corroded. We could not complete the job that day because the technician did not have the part for the old faucet on his truck.

You spoke with Gary Buchner, the owner of the company, on the phone to help you understand the situation and clarify that the technician had to come back and finish the job. We took money off of your invoice to help with this situation.

We also did one other job for you in 2018 and you had issues with that as well, so we also took money off of your invoice. We are trying to be honest and fair to our clients but also to our technicians and plumbers. We feel like we have done everything we can in these situations and wish you would reconsider your 1-star review.
