  We had a pipe burst in the crawl space of our house. I called 3 other plumbing companies and all were too busy to actually take my call. I called Berner Plumbing and they immediately came to my house, assessed the problem, and corrected it the same day. Very professional, clean, willing to describe the problem and potential solutions. We will definitely be using Berner Plumbing for all of our future plumbing problems (knock on wood).

  Person who answered the phone had poor customer service. I asked if a plumber was available this morning. They said I don't know who you are or where you are calling from. I told them. They asked if I was a home owner or contractor, and I answered home owner. They said no we do not have any plumbers available. There was no offer for future help. They didn't ask me for my name and number, they just told me in an annoyed tone that they didn't know my name and number. Ive called 6 plumbers this morning and the person who answered this call was the worst. That said, I have no idea what their plumbing is like. They could be the best in town, but now I'll never know.

  Berner Plumbing comes highly recommended! During my experience, the owner was very knowledgeable, responsive to my concerns, explained what he was doing, and worked efficiently. I'll certainly be using these services in the future.
