  I honestly can't say enough good and positive things about Berkshire Green Septic! I called 3 different companies around midnight to 12:30am on a Saturday morning recently and this was the one and only company that actually answered my call at that time. As a home owner with a septic tank (which unfortunately had an obvious problem all of a sudden) I wanted someone to at least come take a look if nothing else for piece of mind at that hour! Not only did they arrive within one hour of my call, they let me physically see what they were looking at and described the issue to me personally right on the spot and assured me it wasn't nearly as bad as I was worrying it was. Not only that, but they left briefly and returned with parts from their shop and by 3 am wouldn't you know I was one happy, satisfied and RELIEVED new customer of theirs. Extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and informative company who WILL come out at all hours to serve their customers/ emergency calls! Rates were beyond reasonable as well.
