  My appointment was from 12 - 5 which required me take a half day off of work, it's now going on 8pm and still no one is here. I have made 3 phone calls asking if anyone is going to come out tonight. Still have not gotten an answer. This is at least the 2nd trip for this company for a leaking shower. Any type of communications would be appreciated. Wanted to provide an update. I called again, and used the option for immediate service. Talked to a guy who said they would call the repair and get back to me. This was hours ago. It's now the next morning around 4:00 am. Still have not gotten a phone call or someone to do this job. So those that are wondering why am I still waiting! Well this warranty to work on a new house and they warranty company selected them, not me. I INVITE the owner of this company to call me, as you have my phone number on file.
