  Had them come look at my furnace, was told that he needed to go back to get a ladder and would return before 3:00 same day or have his secretary call to set up another time. Never came back Never called. Waited 3 days and I called them, secretary stated that Mr Benson was with another client and would have him return my call. It has been another 4 days and my call has not been returned. I will make sure everyone knows how horrible this business is.
