  Accommodated my appointment even after my apartment complex was pressuring on a specific date which didn't work for me. Friendly customer service and efficient technicians whom got the job done and were very good about cleaning up after themselves.

  Outstanding service - knew exactly what the issue was with a heater system that hadn’t worked I. 5 years. Chris, the tech, diagnosed the problem in minutes. The company had the part ordered and was back out to fix the issue in a jiffy - at almost half the cost that was quoted by another company. Thanks so much! Update - two weeks later, we had a separate isse with a water pipe leaking. Benrich to the rescue again, diagnosing the issue immediately and fixed the problem for half the price of others.
