Very helpful staff and a great showroom to explore ideas and options.

Probably the biggest supply of anything conceivable in plumbing, fixtures, sinks, tubs, faucets etc., all high end but high quality. In this case, y9u getwhat you pay for!!

Best place to get plumbing of good quality and the people are the best, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome customer service. They went above and beyond to make things right.

The parts department...they seem to be the problem. Front desk person is friendly and professional. The parts department is not. They were rude with my wife several weeks ago. They told her what she was telling them about our shower was impossible. She proved them wrong, THEN they were helpful. One of the guys was pretty arrogant today with me as well. I went to Bonnets and Stems instead and
was welcomed with superior customer service.  They had what I was looking for. Bonnets and Stems have been professional
and courteous with me both times I have been there. In these times of family businesses closing their doors at alarming rates the arrogance of some of these places like Benjamins parts department is surprising.  Bypass Benjamins and go to Bonnets and Stems instead.

Want the best experiences of our entire remodel. Lisa was so helpful patient and willing to walk me through every step of what we needed. As the 1st time remodeler I would say start here if you doing anything in your bathroom

I am currently doing a bathroom renovation and needed to see if they have any tubs in stock. I asked the receptionist if they had any tubs in stock. However before I can finish my sentence I was asked if I had an apppointment. I replied "no I did not" she then proceeded to tell me unless I have an appointment I will not be helped. I asked if I was able to walk around the showroom but was told that unless I have an appointment I cannot see the showroom either. I understand during this time limiting the amount of people within a business establishment however when the showroom is completely empty why is a customer unable to view the showroom? Nowhere on the main website does it state you must have an appointment.

We're sorry for any confusion at your visit.  We are definitely challenged with logistics for the pandemic.  As you might have experienced in the past, through our 70 years in business in Tucson,  we try very hard to accommodate local customers.  We have never had to adopt an appointment policy in the past and have staffed to allow for random drop-ins.  We are trying to work through pandemic appropriate policies that ensure everyones safety.   As a family owned business, with a highly trained staff of experts we honestly can't risk even one person on our team getting sick.  Our website does have a banner that says that "access is limited" but we will make the need for showroom appointments more prominent.  Certainly you can understand why it isn't feasible to have customers browsing unescorted.  It might have seemed empty at the moment you arrived at reception but in fact everyone of our sales people today had all of their appointments filled.   Seemingly absent customers were probably in consultation in different areas of the showroom. We are lucky to have an oversized warehouse showroom where being socially distant in facilitated,
In terms of tubs we would be very happy to help you find the right one for your remodel.   We do have a limited number of tubs in stock but those are stored in our warehouse so you would have needed the help of a sales person..    In addition any floor models are discounted 40% through August.  If you would like someone to discuss your purchase options first over the phone using all of the products featured on our website and then in person please don't hesitate to reach out at 777-7000 on Monday.  Again sorry for your frustrating experience.  We will aim for better.
