  The nice lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable. She knew what I needed just by looking at it. This place was my last option in town. I should have stopped here first as it would have saved me a lot of running around. It will definitely be my first stop next time.

  I give them one star because there is no lower option. This place is at the bottom of the list after I exhaust all other local resources. They have never been helpful and the woman behind the counter has no customer service skills.

  The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plumbing. It’s nice to go to a specialty store where they definitely know more than I do. She didn’t just look up a product and reading me the info from the box. She gave me the info and THEN found the box for me!
