  Benjamin Plumbing is a family run business that has done work for my mothers house and mine. Sampson Benjamin has replaced a water heater for my mother and a toilet. He replaced a toilet and two outside faucets at my house. He is a honest and respectful and did a great job. His prices are reasonable and he is very friendly. I would highly recommend his business.

  I called Benjamin Plumbing for a leaking toilet. The first service call didn’t fix it. After that they found that the tank was cracked. They were very helpful working with me to get everything right and a new toilet installed. The repair person I worked with was Mike. He was great! Always professional, efficient, helpful and easy to talk with. He even tipped me off that Madison Water Utility will pay $100 for replacing an old toilet with a new efficient one. I definitely recommend Benjamin Plumbing!

  Bengimin Plumbing installed my water heater and let me know about a problem with my drip pan that was not draining. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed and sent photos of the problem. They didn't call me back and after several days I called them again. Both times I talked to the receptionist and both times I never heard back from them. I then called Pertzborn plumbing who were responsive and gave me a quote. They are doing the repair work for me.
