  I've been waiting on other furnace repairmen now for weeks with no show or not being called back. So when I called these guys they said they could come the same day! It was supposed to be much later in the day but they called 2 hours later to let me know they could come 4 hours sooner! I'm so happy our heater is running good again and Adam was super nice and knew exactly what he was doing 😃 will be calling again if I have any other issues!

  Benjamin Franklin and their team are experienced, respectful and knowledgeable professionals. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and very quick with responding during and after the emergency. I can't say enough good about Adam, Josh, and Benjamin Franklin, they are superior. In any emergency and in your time of need they are dedicated and incredibly trustworthy. Adam and the entire team at Ben Franklin deserves more than five stars. Highly recommend them for anything in your home or outside of your home! They keep the worries on them from beginning to end, which was appreciated immensely! A big thanks to Adam, Josh, and everyone at Ben Franklin thank you very much!

  Odess was our technician today and he was fantastic. Very professional, friendly and kind. He told me upfront what the cost would be, beyond the service call charge, and gave me some options and an estimate before proceeding. It was a somewhat complicated situation but he figured out the problem and I was very satisfied with the result. I am also better informed now about our individual plumbing situation. He gave me some ideas we can implement in the spring to keep our system working properly. I was very satisfied with today’s visit and would highly recommend Odess.
