Watch out! This is a company that does poor work and only cares about the money they make! The repair they did to a pipe coming from the street lasted exactly one day and caused damage and cleanup costs $27,000 to my home. I think their insurance company will pay, but I've tried several times to contact them about a refund of the $1893 they charged me with no response. They also told me they would have to move the water heater to make the repair, and since it's 15 years old, how about I just buy a new one from them, which I did. Well the 2nd time they came back to fix their poor work, they were able to do it just fine without moving the water heater - an unscrupulous upsell. I also had had them quote me for a new hot water recirc pump install, and they were about 2x more expensive than the company I chose to install. I hope this review helps other people avoid the hassle and wasted time I experienced with this company.

Hi Timothy. I'm sorry to hear this was your experience. Our homeowners are very important to us. I've been looking into this situation and this is what the branch manager explained regarding this: Ben Franklin Plumbing was called out to a leak at a home. A pipe had broken behind the water heater after a water treatment company had installed a system. When we arrived, a company was already out there taking care of the damage to the basement. Our technician diagnosed the issue, came up with a plan to repair, presented a price and executed the repair. After the tech had left, Ben Franklin Plumbing after hours had been called out due to another leak. Once the tech found the issue, he quickly repaired the break and called his manager. Management called the following day and made an appointment to see the damage. Once onsite, Our insurance was contacted so that we can get our client's home taken care of. It seemed that the first repair had a faulty part that had split and caused another leak. When speaking with the client, he made mention of additional repairs needed throughout the home and showed me what he had wanted done. Management did let the client know that these repairs could be done after the insurance takes care of the repairs done at the home. A few days after going to the clients home, an email was sent to management saying that the additional repairs needed should be done at a heavily discounted rate due to the damage. Again, Ben Franklin explained that the repairs needed to be done after the insurance had finished the repairs. Days later the client sent an email stating that the repairs had been done by a competitor and now they wanted a refund for the previous work that broke. As a company, we did stand by our 2 year parts and labor warranty and guarantee and the house was in the works of being repaired and fixed by our insurance. We service the Prescott and Prescott Valley areas and have taken care of many of our client's challenges over the years and although this is an unfortunate incident, we still provide a great service to both new and existing client's homes. Mr. Garret Wright was a very professional, knowledgeable and yet friendly individual not to speak of being a great conversationalist. Great ambassador for your Company. He was a refreshing change from others I've dealt with. From what I experienced today, he has a very good work ethic. Happy with his work!

Timely arrival, fast repairs with complete explanation of what was wrong and how it was corrected, and recommendation on how to reduce likelihood of a recurrence. Polite, professional, and intelligent service. This was a call to correct problems occurring after an earlier service call by a different plumber. We are very pleased with service by Aaron and his partner. Yes; we would use them again.
