The Quality of service from company is amazing! I cannot express how simple the process of getting an appointment & tech out to my home was. They were one time, great price, awesome service. They installed my water heater 3 years ago & I have never encountered a problem after installment. They also have improved my bathroom and small repairs around home. Amazing company! Give them a call!

Excellent experience today with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ocean County!! Our toilet clogged last night and we couldn’t clear it. Called numerous plumbers this morning and the ones who even answered couldn’t come out for several days. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ocean County and they answered right away were EXTREMELY pleasant on the phone and scheduled a technician to come out this afternoon. Andrew arrived within the timeframe promised, was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable and really took his time to explain everything to me! Their prices were competitive in my opinion and much less than another popular area plumber that we used several times previously. Their trip charge was HALF of what our previous plumber was charging (one of the several reasons I dropped them) and they have a very affordable maintenance plan that includes a water heater flush and a whole house plumbing safety inspection. Andrew performed both services after quickly clearing our clogged toilet. Couldn’t be more pleased!! Thanks Andrew and the lovely people in your office! What a pleasure to deal with this company!

Erik Robbins helped thaw our frozen pipes and discounted the service because of how quickly he was able to resolve the issue. Offered helpful advice to ensure we do not run into an issue in the future. Also provided quotes on a couple projects we are considering. Would definitely recommend this company and will work with in the future.
